Cheaper than entertainer but not so good. Some restaurants can refuse your redemptions.
Burpple is a bully. Makes the renewal auto-renew and will not entertain any requests even for loyal customers of more than 3 years.
Since late 2021/2022, the quality of burpple beyond deals has gone downhill and it's generally bad. What used to be 1 for 1 mains at good restaurants are now mostly either 1 for 1 beverages, 20% off, or turned into set meals that are not worth the money if you do the calculations. I regretted renewing my membership. It seems that the burpple team isn't working hard enough to solicit better deals for their members. It's no longer worth paying $69/99 for burpple beyond. đ
Generally a great variety of deals and kudos to the team for pulling through a tough few years during the pandemic. One recent observation noticed is the lack of updates to the individual deals. I've been to both Tap and Smile Dessert only to realize the 1-for-1 had other T&Cs not stated in the app. Requests have been put in to make those changes but were not reflected.
I'm a beyond member and could not login. The app kept saying something went wrong please try again.
Kindly reduce the frequency of the women day pop up. Every click bring us to the page. Super annoying! Frm a signed up member.
Literally every screen pops up one advertisement on the burpple subscription, WHEN I'M ALREADY SUBSCRIBED.. what's the point man
Hate it that it's difficult or rather almost impossible to submit a review by gallery and you have to take the photo(s) on the spot! The food can't wait and the humans certainly can't wait further! Tried too many times and ended up not submitting any reviews. Number 1 user unfriendly foodie app in my opinion...
